2012 Mazda CX-9 Engine

Under the hood of the CX-9 is a V6 3.7-liter 273 horsepower, backed by a six-speed automatic transmission. The all-wheel-drive optional system provides power to the front wheels during normal operation, automatically split the power to the rear wheels when a loss of traction. The CX-9 FWD has EPA-estimated fuel economy of 17 mpg city and 24 mpg highway, while the AWD model is rated at 16/22, respectively.

The 2012 Mazda CX-9features a sports car-inspired 4-wheel independent suspension and responsive steering that feels very sporty for many drivers.
