The 2020 Maserati Alfieri is an excellent tourist from the Italian car manufacturer Maserati. Maserati Alfieri appeared as a concept car at the Geneva Motor Show. Alfieri’s planned production will begin in 2020. The Alfieri car is named after Alfieri Maserati (1887–1932), one of the five Maserati Brothers, and marks the 100th anniversary of car manufacturers, which was established in 1914 in Bologna. Wassht developed at the Maserati Centro Stile in Turin. The main designer was Marco Tencent, while the head of the external project was Giovanni Ricotta.
The project was managed by Lorenzo Ramaciotti, who has been the director of Centro Stile, was the director of Fiat-Chrysler Global Design. Alfieri uses the design elements of the Maserati A6 GCS / 54 designed by Pininfarina in 1954. Alfieri was confirmed for production in 2016 at a Fiat Chrysler event on May 6, 2014, but was delayed in 2020 as soon as possible.
Alfieri Maserati could have become a family name, his early death stole Alfieri of the chance to be remembered among the most visible talents of the automotive industry. Because of his central role in founding the company that bore his family name and running it for the first 18 years, his legacy could have been unbeatable. So it is appropriate that Maserati chose to honor him with the concept car of the Motor Show in Geneva, built to celebrate Maserati’s centennial in style.
2020 Maserati Alfieri Engine
Maserati Alfieri is based on the chassis of the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale with a short wheel of 24 cm, equipped with a connection transaction and V8-V8 engine originating from Ferrari rated at 460hp (343 kW) and 520 N⋅m ( 384 lb.ft) at 4750-rpm. According to reports, the Alfieri was to be offered three V6 engine selections, rated at 410hp (306 kW; 416 PS), 450hp (336 kW; 456 PS), and 520 hp (388 kW; 527 PS). Versions with 450 horsepower and 520 horsepower were said to have only one all-wheel-drive system.
2020 Maserati Alfieri Electric
The Alfieri was reportedly joined by a convertible variant in 2021 after the introduction of the cup. An electric version was planned for 2021 as soon as possible. In June 2018, Maserati announced that the Alfieri would be offered as a plug-in hybrid from 2021 and as an electric vehicle from 2020 with three electric motors and an all-wheel drive. Further, 2020 Maserati Alfieri Coupe and convertible would replace Maserati GranTurismo and GranCabrio.
