The 2015 Cadillac CTS midsize sedan is offered in six main trim levels: Standard, Luxury, premium performance, and Vsport Vsport Premium. The 2015 Cadillac CTS comes standard with four-cylinder engine, alloy wheels 17-inch Brembo front brakes, heated exterior mirrors, automatic headlights, rear parking sensors, remote start, keyless ignition and entry, a rearview auto-dimming mirror , dual-zone automatic climate control, a tilt and telescoping leather-wrapped steering wheel with manual shift paddles, power front seats with eight-way power lumbar support, with driver memory settings, leather synthetic and upholstery fixed rear seat with a trunk mortgage transfer. Additional features include Bluetooth phone technology 5.7-inch screen color display in the dashboard, OnStar telematics, 4G data connectivity with Wi-Fi, wireless charging, and audio connectivity, the system infotainment experience Cadillac user Base, a touch screen interface 8-inch, voice controls and 11 speaker Bose audio system surround sound with three USB ports, an SD card slot an auxiliary audio jack and satellite and HD radio.

It begins with the standard features of the level of luxury finishes and adds the navigation system and 13 Bose speaker stereo system auto-parking, 18-inch wheels with summer tires, a sport suspension with magnetic dampers adapt a sport-tuned steering system, an “track mode” driver-selectable for spirited driving, a rear electronic limited slip differential and a cooling system for high strength. Brake pads are optional high performance. The 2015 Cadillac CTS Vsport adds premium features regular top trim that are not standard on the base Vsport. Stand-alone options include 19-inch wheels, a rear spoiler, a block heater motor and carbon fiber interior trim.

It is a sophisticated and luxurious design rendered in rich materials, with a high level of craftsmanship and the integration of technology in depth. The infotainment system Cadillac User Experience (CUE) consists of configurable screens on the main touchscreen smartphones can leverage the integration of online applications quite easily. 2015 Cadillac CTS Engine

A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that generates 272 horsepower and an impressive 295 pounds-feet of torque is the base engine for all but the Vsport trim levels. Available with rear-wheel drive (RWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD), the four-cylinder is connected to a six-speed automatic transmission. Optional on the Luxury, Performance and Premium trims is a 3.6L V6 with 321 horsepower and 275 for good lb-ft of torque. With rear-wheel drive, the engine comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The V6 AWD uses the six-speed. Topping the line is the Vsport turbo 3.6-liter V6 that cranks out 420 hp and 430 lb-ft of torque. Rear-wheel drive with eight-speed automatic is the only drivetrain setup.

As for fuel economy, four-cylinder rates CTS 24 mpg combined (20 city / 30 highway) and 22 mpg with RWD combined (19 city / 28 highway) with AWD. The V6 RWD also rates 22 mpg combined (18 city / 29 highway), while the AWD version rates 21 mpg combined (18 city / 26 highway). The Vsport drops to 18 mpg combined (16 city / 24 highway). In tests of 2015 Cadillac CTSVsport, we recorded 4.9 second sprint to 60 mph, which is a competitive time for a high performance midsize sport sedan, but a few tenths of the pace set by the BMW 550i.

The standard safety features for the 2015 Cadillac CTS include antilock disc brakes, traction and stability control, active front head restraints, front and rear side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags. Also standard are rear sensors and OnStar telematics parking. Additional safety equipment includes two packages. Standard on all except the setting is Standard 2015 Cadillac CTS packet driver awareness. Optional 2015 Cadillac CTS standard on Performance and Premium and Premium Vsport is Driver Assist package.

In government crash tests, the 2015 Cadillac CTS received the highest rating of five stars overall, including five stars for overall frontal crash safety and five stars for overall side impact. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2015 Cadillac CTS its highest rating of “Good” in frontal offset crash test and side-impact moderate overlap, and 2015 Cadillac CTS also earned the highest rating to prevent shock front when equipped with the driver Awareness and driver Assist package.
