In July 2014, Cadillac announced it would be producing a long wheelbase version of the ATS for the Chinese market known as 2015 Cadillac ATS-L. The 2015 Cadillac ATS-L is available with two of the three engines offered in the ATS US-spec. First is the unit turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that cranks out 272 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. Updated for 2015, the factory is offering an extra 35 pounds-feet of torque from 3,000 rpm and peaking at 5,500 rpm. The second engine is familiar, naturally aspirated, 3.6-liter V-6 rated at 321 horses and 274 pound-feet of torque. Both power plants mate with six-speed automatic transmission, while the all-wheel drive can be had as an option. With the four-cylinder sedan can reach 60 mph from a standstill in about 6.1 seconds, while the V-6 can be completed the same course in about 5.5 seconds.
