The 2013 Cadillac CTS is available in coupe, sedan and sport wagon body styles, and offers standard, deluxe, premium quality and performance levels of equipment called “collections”. A model for optimized performance 2013 Cadillac CTS-V is also available. Synthetic leather seats, Bose sound system, heated side mirrors, and a year of complimentary OnStar are included in the base version of the 2013 Cadillac CTS.

Key to the 2013 Cadillac CTS Optional upgrades include a panoramic glass sunroof, leather, navigation system, Bose surround sound audio, larger wheels, upgraded interior trim, Recaro sport seats, performance tuning, and more.

2013 Cadillac CTS Engine

A 3.0-liter V-6 engine is standard on the 2013 Cadillac CTS Sedan and 2013 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon. It generates 270 horsepower and drives the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission (in the sedan models) or a 6-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive (AWD) is optional. A V-6 engine that generates 318 horsepower is standard on the 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe and optional on the 2013 Cadillac CTS Sedan and 2013 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon models direct injection 3.6-liter. A 6-speed automatic transmission is standard with the CTS coupe, and can be equipped with the paddle shifters additional driver control.

2013 Cadillac CTS-V models Sedan and Sport Wagon is equipped with a supercharged engine, 6.2-liter V-8 engine from Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. The 2013 Cadillac CTS-V engine delivers 556 horsepower and 551 pounds-feet of torque, and is connected to a choice of a double disc 6-speed manual gearbox or 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and Performance Algorithm Shifting . All CTS-V models are rear wheel drive (RWD).

2013 Cadillac CTS Safety

In addition to 6 airbags, anti0lock brakes with brake assist and traction control system and stability, the 2013 Cadillac CTS has a year of complimentary OnStar with automatic crash response. Safety-related options include rear view camera, adaptive forward lighting system, sensors rear parking assistance, and the rain-sensing wipers. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) crash tests, the 2013 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon and 2013 Cadillac CTS sedan received a 5 (of 5) overall rating stars.
