2015 Audi Q7
The 2015 Audi Q7 is a full-size luxury crossover SUV, was unveiled for the first time in September 2005 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Production of the Audi Q7 began in autumn of 2005 at the Volkswagen plant in Bratislava in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is the first SUV offering from Audi and went on sale in 2006. Later, Audi’s second SUV, the Audi Q5, was unveiled as a 2009 model Audi has unveiled from a third SUV model. The 2015 Audi Q7 shares a platform with the Volkswagen Touareg and Porsche Cayenne.
The 2015 Audi Q7 uses a modified version of the platform of Volkswagen Group PL71. Previously the Audi Pikes Peak quattro concept car, the 2015 Audi Q7 is designed more for road use, and not for serious use out of the road, where a transfer case is needed. 2015 Audi Q7 Engine
There are three versions available for 2015 Audi Q7 , each with four drive wheels and a standard eight-speed automatic transmission, but each with a different engine, too. At the top of the line, there is a supercharged 3.0 liter V-6 puts down 333 horsepower. A detuned version of engine produces 280 horsepower, and there’s a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V-6 available, too.
The update to the version of the S-333 hp offers improved performance, along with some extra equipment and updated appearance. Audi says the Q7 S line is good for a 6.9-second 0-60 mph time.
